Extremely rude and unprofessional service. The employee at the drive-thru window rolled her eyes at me, told me they didn’t have my mobile order, and continued making rude comments even after another employee immediately found my order and handed it to me. Customers have plenty of choices about where to spend their money. No one should pay for a drink and be treated with this kind of attitude. There are plenty of other Starbucks locations that provide courteous service. I would absolutely choose another location.
