The manager needs customers service classes, I when one time with my daughter from her school with her starburst cub project and the employees was telling the managers about it and she ignoring us completely. My daughter was hard broken. I when there again after a year and the same manager still there. I was there we a group a friend and I was there 15 minutes before they closed and the manager said that they not serving no more.
Stopped here on our way to Carowinds, needed some caffeine. Oh man were we disappointed. From the long wait to not having lemonade and not telling me it was just off. We gave a second chance the next day and same thing. Wrong orders, out of things and long wait. Please avoid if you can.
Bad customer service
This place is absolutely the worst. It was literally one person in front of me and I spent 20 mins in the drive-thru. Why????? It was four people working there. The worst part is the person in front of me only got one drink, and even after that I waited another 7 minutes. Throw the whole entire store away.
