Placed a mobile order said it was supposed to be ready in 5-7 minutes. I get there in 10 minutes and the male employee hadn’t even started my order because he was busy talking to a Kroger employee. Stood there and he was still talking I told him I had a mobile order. He starts to make it but looks confused like he doesn’t know how to make my drink. My matcha tasted horrible. Won’t be going there anymore!

I ordered a tall peach green tea and it was 3/4 full when they handed it to me so I asked them to fill it up. They obliged. However, I started walking around the store while drinking my tea and happened to look at the bottom of the cup, which was full of gnats. At least 4 and only one of them was “whole”. The rest were wings and pieces. I took it back up and all they could offer was a refund for my troubles.

There was no more communication in the service. An old man who looked like a manager was slow and didn't seem to be in working condition at all. The food he made was also very different from the pictures. It was not tasty at all. It was the worst drink I had ever had.

The worst Starbucks ever. That dude was so disrespectful. Doesn’t even say a “hi”. First I wait for 15 mins. Somebody said he went on a break that’s understandable but there’s no sign that says they’re on a break. Then this guys comes and makes us wait for than 2 whole mins , because apparently his shift doesn’t start yet. Then he say 30 seconds more and doesn’t even say a hi after all this. And to top it the coffee was cold. I couldn’t believe I was at Starbucks that’s known for customer friendly. I usually don’t write bad ... read more
