Quick and pleasant experience. Staff member, Bri was helpful and very kind. Coffee good, breakfast sandwiches reasonably tasty for prepackaged microwave items. Great easy way to get coffee and breakfast without heading to the hotel buffet.
We had a large order so naturally we knew it would be a bit. They made our drinks wrong and apologized and said they would remake them. We again waited and an employee came to us with the missing ingredients telling us to add them ourselves they are too busy to remake them. At this point we were still waiting for our last drink that they completely forgot about. When I voice my displeasure the staff became rude telling me they are busy and basically oh well!
