We ordered caramel mocha/mocha fraffuccino. Both of them came out with mocha. It was really absurd. It's not mocha, it's just the cream flavor above. Whether it's an employee or a part-time job. A female student's face is dull as if she doesn't want to work.(beyond expressionless) It seems that the staff training is not done properly while asking for a tip. Unpleasant experience 😤 It was around 3 p.m. last Saturday. Please correct it immediately even for the sake of other customers.
Employees are horrible here. Watched them make my drink wrong and asked them about it and was told to just take my drink.
