The barista seemed annoyed to have a customer. I ordered a venti iced latte. First she tries to give me a grande, I politely told her I ordered a venti. Then she gives me a venti hot drink. Oookay..I just took it, maybe she was having a rough day. I’m halfway done with my drink when I get chunks of what can only be described as something with the consistency of wet paper towels. Absolutely disgusting. I will not ever return to this location.
The only thing consistent about this Starbucks is its inconsistency Update 10/20/25 - there is at least one person on the morning crew I dread to see make my drink. This person will either willfully or wantonly ignore drink notes, make your drink wrong, and give you a scowl if you ask for it to be made properly. They were part of the reason for my original review. They have been working here for years and it boggles my mind why they think they can make substandard products when most of the patrons are paying over 7 dollars f... read more
Difficult to find coming off interstate. Better signs needed.
