Kelsea and her team are doing an incredible job. Went in during a fairly busy time for them but it didn’t feel busy because of how attentive the staff was. I was waiting in line and, while the team was spinning up drinks and attending to other customers, at least 4 of them stopped to acknowledge me and told me that someone would be there to help me shortly. Presentation lowkey didn’t eat down. Drink was fine tho
Very friendly, great service & quality of coffee is awesome
The overall customer experience was poor. Staff were unfriendly, and when my drink was prepared incorrectly despite clear instructions, there was no apology. Additional training on customer engagement and approachability would greatly improve the experience.
