I just left the drive thru at the Cox Lane location in West Chester and had a terrible experience. The woman helping my family seemed to have trouble understanding that we wanted to order hot chocolate and a side of ice. She seemed very frustrated with us as we ordered and was visibly angry when she handed us our drink. She said absolutely nothing- just stared rudely. No thank you or anything. Table service fantastic.
I feel bad writing this, as the majority of my experiences are good. I frequent Starbucks often, this one mostly, and 95% of the time, the drinks are on point. The baristas are nice and friendly. Today, the drink was bad, the remake was bad, and instead of just an apology for the bad drink and the remake per the policy, I was made to feel like it was my fault, my imagination, and like I was taking advantage of "extra coffee." Tylersville Rd & Cox Lane location. The employee at the window was arguing with me when I told him drink was wrong. He then proceeded to stir my drink with the lid on and a stirrer stick when I told him my iced macchiato was not upside down like I had ordered. A manager saw what he was doing, took it from him, showed thr employee who made it incorrectly what was wrong and then had another employee remake it. The employee at the window was not very cordial with me when he finally handed me my drink that was made correctly.
