Drink quality was on par with any other Starbucks but what made this experience stand out was Kayla at the drive through. Her upbeat happy personality was incredible. I was having a rough morning and stopped to grab my wife a Matcha, but couldn't help but leave smiling. Her laugh and joy for no real apparent reason was infectious! I'd go back just to run into her at the drive through. Definitely a prime example of how people make the place!
Show me you care, without telling me ... Show me you take your time, without telling me ... Show me your attention to details without telling me. Achievements, small or large, do not make someone an overachiever, but it will make them successful. It's the small things that make a huge difference.
