Coffee is consistently way too hot and has burned my mouth more than once. Drinks are often only half full, and the wait is always extremely long whether inside or drive-thru. This has happened multiple times. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to—my family and I won’t be returning.
My family and I stopped here for drinks on our way out of town... I placed a mobile order on our way to get gas so that I could be quick... While waiting for the mobile order to be finished (almost 20 minutes after the projected time) my daughter and I were browsing the merchandise. She found a cute tumbler and brought it the the register to see how much it cost. I was told I couldn't buy said merchandise because there was no price tag or barcode... Stopped here at the beginning of a road trip and was thrilled they were open- coffee i got was burnt and cold. Pretty sure they gave me what was left in the pot from yesterday.
