Vacationed in Fairbanks AK for the first time to see the Northern lights and this is our to go coffee place . Employees are nice here and our coffees are always good .
The past few times my boyfriend and I have stopped here for coffee and food, they have given us the wrong food and make our drinks incorrectly. I would recommend not coming here and finding a different Starbucks.
When your lids or cups are damaged or broken, throw them away. Don’t send them out to your customers.
