This is by far the worst Starbucks i have have visited. I have yet to leave with a drink that i have wanted to order. If it is not a featured drink that they are currently making, you get an excuse as to why they will not make what you wish to order. Forget your Secret Starbucks App., all you will get is an arguement. I stopped going to this location for this reason. This Starbucks makes the annoying parking at/walking into a Kroger grocery store worth the trip! The barristas were friendly and pleasant while quickly preparing customer orders. Very happy to have this starbucks in Portsmouth. Loved my triple venti mocha... Yum!
