Drive thru is so easy and I missed the baristas name but she was so incredibly kind to a very overwhelmed mom with a screaming baby.
The older black lady with dreads is extremely rude she made me an iced drink when I asked for it hot then got mad when I asked if it could be remade. If you don’t like working in customer service then she needs a new job she made my experience a bad one and I will not be coming back.
Very poor attitude and bad customer service they couldn't even tell me a simple hello they looked made every starbucks I went to their medium coffee is 6 dollars over here it's 8 dollars for a small and they made it wrong aswell.
I feel like these ladies hate their job and people in general. Never get a friendly vibe when these 2 are working any time of the day. I literally had to wait 5 minutes for the younger lady with dark hair to finish making an order before she took my order while the older lady was talking, completely ignoring the fact I was standing there. They never say hold on a sec, ill be right with you, thank you, have a good day. They say nothing ever to their customers!!
