Walking into a Starbucks usually promises a certain level of efficiency and "third-place" comfort, but this recent visit was a textbook example of how poor management and a lack of situational awareness can ruin a routine coffee run. Coffee was burnt, and old. I should've just made another pot, at home.
This happened today and the day before yesterday. We stopped by this coffee shop. Both times no one was there at 4:00 pm. Figured okay it’s probably a lunch break, shoulda put something up saying that but figured they’d be back shortly. 30 minutes later no one showed up. This happened twice in 3 days at the same exact store. This is absurd and the fact that other reviewers had the SAME thing happen to them? Makes this even worse.
