I had a great experience with Ruth, the manager at Starbucks. She was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to make sure customers were satisfied. You can tell that Ruth genuinely cares about both the customers and her team. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Starbucks is lucky to have a manager like Ruth who creates such a welcoming environment.
