I ordered two drinks, and both were prepared incorrectly and unhygienically. I requested whole milk, but the barista used a different type. The ingredient proportions were also off. Most alarmingly, a milk cap fell on the floor, and they simply placed it back on the drink. They repeatedly dumped dishes into the dishwasher without proper cleaning, overfilled it, and then reused the dishes without washing. This place is both unhygienic and poorly managed. Worst starbucks ever… They don’t even know how to make a matcha. I think the employees here should get proper training, even after asking many times they don’t make the drinks properly…
The slowest service ever! The workers looked like they were sleep walking. Waited a half an hour for egg bites. Ridiculous!
