I wasnt even able to order, they denied my service claiming they were closing up when online they are 24hrs and it wasnt even late, but they proceeded to let other customers go in line. I didnt even get in the line all the way before they denied me .
Awful service. There were employees behind the counter than there were customers in line. Even then, it took 15 mins to place an order.
Second time I’ve ordered a cappuccino, and they give me hot milk with barely any coffee. They clearly don’t know what a cappuccino is!
10 minutes online plus another 15 minutes just to get our order. When we ask the guy about our order, he told us “it’s gonna come out when it comes out.” Meanwhile others got their order first, and they were on the line behind us.
