I was on my way back from New York and decided to stop at a Starbucks on Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by a polite young boy at the register who assisted me in selecting my drink and food item. The barista who handed me my drink was very polite as well, even referring to me as a "star," which I though was very nice.

Monday without any traffic or long line was nice and relax. I got a cup of Capuchino and enjoy lunch with my friends on my day off before taking off to the next stop. My coffee came quickly and everything was correct.

I hate to be like this since I’m a Starbucks employee but it’s simple stuff I ordered a iced expresso and it’s crucial since it’s only shots and milk to swirl it with the syrup and swirl it well especially with the one that I asked for and it’s just annoying I had to be some where so I didn’t bother to argue just simple stuff like this should be reinforced and I knew it wasn’t because I go to get it and I can the caramel sitting on the bottom of the cup a mile away

Slow and dishonest! I placed a mobile order for a single beverage before I got out of my car, and ten minutes later, it still wasn’t ready. Not only that, I got a message in the app saying the order was ready, only to watch them prepare the beverage several minutes after the notification.
