I came to get a free coffee with my stars since they are about to expire and I told the cashier that. But they completed my transaction without using my points and charged me the full price of the coffee. Then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t use stars in the cafe, only the drive through. And didn’t offer to refund the transaction. I was a partner for a year and a half and just recently left the company, I know that they can refund the transaction and redo it using my stars, but the staff just didn’t want to.
I go to Starbucks to wait for my dogs grooming. After I order, they always bring me my order since I’m handicapped. I really appreciate it
There was one car at the window, and we were the only car behind them. We waited behind that car for at least 10 minutes before getting up to the window and waiting even longer for only 2 drinks. The worker dropped my drink out the window, and it wasn’t even the drink I ordered. Before I could tell her that was not what I ordered, she went and remade the wrong drink again.
