I typically have a great experience at Starbucks with positive customer service and good food across locations. Today, I had to wait quite a while just to be acknowledged after walking inside. I greeted one team member with a friendly “hi,” but didn’t receive any response. Another employee near the food area also wouldn’t engage. Been to plenty of Starbucks. I will say that the staff here was super friendly. Very clean as well. Nice and clean, fast service. Again I just want to point out the staff. What a difference!
