This used to be a nice Starbucks, with pleasant people working at the Drive Thru. Not the case any longer with my last two experiences (twice in one week, two different people, same experience). No “thank you,” (gave a 20% tip). Nothing but a mumbled “have a nice day” at the end.
Very unusual for starbucks experience, Order was not taken correctly and americano coffee was wrong size and water was from the sink faucet AND noteven hot, on the top of that, they were trying to convince me that it was correct size,like I never been to starbucks before and wouldn't know the sizes in the first place WOW...
