This was, by far, the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The barista was rude, barely listened while I was placing my order, and let out a loud sigh when I started ordering food, making it obvious I was inconveniencing them. I canceled my order and told the barista exactly what I’m saying here: if working with people is that frustrating, customer service may not be the right job. I have been coming to this location nearly weekly for several months. Due to the abhorrent customer service I received recently, that will be my last time. The older woman barista is absolutely lovely and I have always had wonderful interactions with her. The two younger women/baristas, particularly Emmanuela, provide absolutely horrible customer service, they do not greet you or even acknowledge you, and I have heard the same experiences from several other people in the area as well. I salute the barista, but she did not respond. Poor customer service. Aside from that, beverage is good
