They decided to only fill my 7 dollar venti up 3/4 of the way, assuming they accidentally made a grande and were too lazy to correct it so they poured it in a big cup and hoped I wouldn't notice... not only that, two girls decides they wanted to be rude about it when I sent my husband in to fix it. 5 star customer service, people.
I buy here plenty, but recently went in with my purchased Starbucks cup just for some water while I was out in this Texas heat and was denied water because I didn’t make a purchase. I think my family buys plenty from Starbucks that they would do the curtesy of giving us water. I understand sales, but stuff like this will detour your customers.
