Theyre so friendly & accommodating to you. They remade my drink for me and gave me no hassle about it at all. I thought the coffee tasted like mint chocolate, so they made me a new one. That was my fault because turns out thats just how it tastes lol they really are always nice and a good vibe. Because of this, I choose Starbucks now over Dunkin across the road.
Can you imagine being absolutely rude and vile to a customer because they asked nicely to have a remake of a drink that was made incorrectly? Well there were two INCREDIBLY RUDE baristas who did just that.
