Really weird experience at this Starbucks. Was redeeming my free coffee in the app and got a lecture around how I needed to clarify iced vs hot. Said no problem and asked if I could get a cup of ice. They put a few ice cubes into my hot coffee? First time I’ve had this type of experience at a Starbucks, so I’m befuddled by it.
Fast clean respectful service
Increasingly stressful to visit Starbucks, They don’t seem to care about customers , Some white customers are treated better than others !
