They got rid of brownies!! Literally the main reason I go to this one. So disappointed, usually I get a refresher with it, and that was my favorite part of my day. Plus they were ALWAYS out of them last semester.
Honestly, everytime I come to this Starbucks with high hopes. It was me and 2 other people waiting for my food and I had ordered the iced Dubai chocolate mocha in the smallest size. As I was waiting I listened and nobody knew how to make the drinks and I got the wrong drink anyways. I got a venti iced Dubai chocolate matcha. I really don’t like matcha but I don’t like to complain more so I took it anyways. Maybe my bf will like it. They never get my drink right.
They pissed me off, i went there several times and most of the time they made me drink wrong, and i got it but the workers there never said sorry and being so rude to me also others customer. And a lot of time the drink is not even full, prop only over half cups.But some of the workers still super nice don’t get me wrong. Overall CUSTOMER SERVICES there is still need to improve more
I love this starbucks!! All of the employees are very friendly and make me feel as if my time is respected and i’m seen as a person. The lines are long at times but that’s because everyone comes at once before/after class so it gets congested very quickly, despite that, the workers move very fast and are great about remaking drinks if something isn’t right.
