I was waiting in line with Kateryna Lvania who posted the one star on that barista a day ago. Kateryna was extremely rude and disrespectful to that barista. That poor girl had just gotten into Starbucks with her bag and coat seeming as if she was just clocking in. Kateryna as soon as that poor girl starts to make drinks started to yell at her demanding for her drink. I waited for my order one drink for 15 minutes because the girls decided to serve the customers who were standing in line after me. Disgusting behavior and service.
Staff at this location are winners!
I went in at 11:00 just wanted to get a regular coffee. There were three people in line ahead of me. There were also three staff members. I waited eight minutes and it never got to me. I got upset and left without a coffee. Very slow service.
