Put in an order and waited nearly 20 min for it while watching two staff members talk to friends while one made drinks. Asked for a refund and that took 5 min too. Came in for a relaxing coffee and got delayed with a screaming toddler. Not coming back.
IYONNA was very helpful and considerate when taking my order and providing me with information about products offered. She even made sure I had everything I needed and that my order was to my liking. I am very appreciative of great customer service when I receive it. So thanks to her and staff. Also my drink was perfect.
