I don't normal rate large companies. But Tara at this store is amazing and deserves a shout out. My coffee is perfect every morning when she works. Only barista that always gets it right I come to this location for her drinks. She wasn't there today and it truly made me appreciate her drinks even more.
Today, I placed my order through the app to pick it up since I work in the same plaza as this location—it’s just a 5-minute walk for me. I was pretty surprised to get there and find the lobby closed. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, either. Last time, I tried walking through the drive-thru during my lunch break, and an employee yelled at me, assuming I was loitering or something, which wasn’t great. But today was worse.
