Went to Starbucks today to meet up with a friend. I asked for a water while I waited. I was told I couldn’t have until I placed an order. I was kindly waiting for my friend to arrive. It’s 100+ everyday in Phoenix right now. They refused to give me a cup of water. By the time I did order my chai wasn’t stirred and they forgot to make my friends drink.
I’ve been to many Starbucks in my day. I’ve never walked into a Starbucks with every employee shouting “WELCOME TO STARBUCKS!” Instantly made my day. Delivered my coffee to me at my table and shared a good laugh. Will go out of my way to visit this location when I’m in the area.
I've had no problems with the staff or food here for the most part. My complaint is that they always have a huge line at the drive-thru because they are constantly closing their lobby. I have seen their lobby closed more often than it has been open on the weekends lately. Seems like maybe there might be a staffing issue that needs to get solved?
