Another great frappuccino
So I ordered 2 vt. Salted caramel mocha starto. Frap (the new feature drink) then I said, no mocha and add caramel syrup to both, but they still made it with mocha. The lady who was in there got upset. Then made the drinks saying that I ordered it wrong, where clearly it says no mocha on it. And I explained to the guy who was there, he has Brown hair that it was cheaper, ordering it like this because of the cold foam that comes with it. This location gets busy inside & outside ; next to asu college ♡†☆ and I noticed they have changed hired new crew to be working here
Customer service is good and it’s kept clean my only complaint is that their dairy products are always curdled or taste and smell expired or bad. I always get whole milk and 90% of the time it’s curdled and I can’t drink it I think workers are not throughly checking this or the dairy is not being stored correctly either way I’ve wasted a lot of money do not get any dairy products from this store in particular.
