put in a mobile order, it took them over 15 minutes for them to acknowledge my order, but I had to say something first. They finally decided to work on it while I was requesting a refund. The wyt male barista was petty as I was getting my refund showed the ticket and crumbled it up as the other male barista was trying to ask for it to complete my refund. It shouldn't take 20 mins to start a drink. Please don't put in a mobile order here, your time will be wasted and you will be treated like you don't exist.
Drive-thru has gotten super slow. Arrived in line on Sunday at 11:38am and got my order at 11:57am. Wow!!!
I think I had the pumpkin spice coffee and it was really very good.
