I have been to this restaurant previously. Today I visited the drive thru ordering pistachio loaf and small strawberry refresher. I asked for the loaf to not be warmed, however, they gave a warmed loaf anyway. I went inside to get the correct order. I was not asked if I needed assistance and had to yell for someone to assist me. When they did assist me the customer service person was very rude. Nice staff, clean inside and out. Has a drive thru, outside patio seating as well as indoor dining area with high and low tables
A convenient location, right off the freeway at Pinole but the SLOWEST drive-thru ever. Given it a couple of tries thinking it's just bad luck but today was 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead. PSA: Don't use the drive-thru if you've got 8 kids in the car and/or some complicated triple mocha caramel macchiato with eau de brown sugar and sprinkle whip. Just GO INSIDE. It's kinda slow there too but the drive-thru is torture and there's no escape hatch once you're in. Restroom, indoor and outdoor seating, the usual menu.
