As someone that has spent over a two decades working in the industry, it is really really embarrassing to listen to not only the shift supervisors but the manager as well not know rudimentary elements of their espresso machines. The employees were delightful, and my drink actually tasted correct, which isn't often nowadays. But not knowing how to even calibrate a machine to ensure the espresso is coming out correctly is so embarrassing. I'm not surprised, however, since Starbucks doesn't care about its employees.
Worst Starbucks
This is my go-to, I have stopped several times a week for 2 years. Always fast, friendly service at this location and drinks are always made correctly! Have never had a bad experience and that is very impressive!
