Came in to get a coffee, my usual is a venti pour over Italian roast, i was given excuses like its against our policy to open a bag off the shelf, we are owned by Hy-Vee, let me text my manager while telling me to move aside and wait for a response from their manager since it was the managers day off and that she needed proof that i was served Italian roast at pretty much every other Starbucks i go to in the entire country.
