I would appreciate if your baristas kept they're comments to themselves. This morning my husband and I went through the drive thru and he ordered. The girl on the other end was like dang it's not even Friday and you're ordering that and she laughed. We will no longer be going there. This was one of my favorite spots too.
Great customer service
HEAVY set biracial looking woman working the drive-thru I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch large at the window she gave me a small and had the nerve to give me an attitude took my small cup flipped it over inside of a large cup with a bunch of whipped cream at the bottom and didn't think I didn't notice also never gave me my two shots in my drink . How do you not see that you charged me for a large on the receipt but handing me a small and giving me an attitude? I was able to calm myself and not take it to another level see... read more
