The service is absolutely terrible every time I have ordered at this location. Jen was incredibly rude the last time I went in. Made it seem like it was an inconvenience to be waiting on anyone, not just me. With the new Starbucks open by Costco, I will not be using this one any longer, and would advise others to do the same.
1 express lane open at 5pm... no other registers open. Crazy how badly managed this is.
I ordered a steamed apple juice and received a coffee with milk in the cup with my name on it, I cant have milk.
