Placed an online mobile order, waited 18 minutes in the store for the order, when I was projected 6-11 minutes. New drive through and in person orders were completed before my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead? Staff did apologize for the wait as I was leaving.
I love my coffee in the AM! And to be honest I'm loving the seasonal flavors! The vanilla latte is the best. And the crew here goes above and beyond, Chelsea makes a great coffee!!!
Why is this place ALWAYS such a mess!? The employees seem like they can’t be bothered with such lowly things as customers or cleanliness or getting your drink right. I don’t understand how hard this could possibly be.
I’ve been here many times but I would like to leave a review for this particular experience. It’s pumpkin spice season so they were packed on a Saturday (very understandable - I was not in a rush). All staff were very friendly here but I would like to especially say that Elana in particular was so kind. She was making drinks probably as fast as humanly possible, explaining she had several drinks in line (at one point like 13 or more), and apologizing for the wait.
