It was Christmas Eve in the morning. What better way to start the day than with a Starbucks drink. We got a White Mocha and a Regular Mocha, with 3 extra pumps. In a word HORRIBLE. Both tasted as if they were made of water instead of 3 extra pumps. (Pumps are pumps of extra mocha). We took them back after one sip for a remake. The next set of drinks tasted worse. My husband and I stopped by for drinks, we like the drinks there and we regularly go shopping there, we always order lemonade with little ice, this time the lady who served us (in a bad way) told us that she was going to charge us an extra dollar because we wanted little ice and she had to add more lemonade to our drink... as I repeat, we always buy the same thing at Starbucks and they never charge us extra, but in this branch, in addition to the bad customer service, they charged us extra. These ladies are the best and they make the best drinks in all of Port Orchard. The service is quick and friendly 100% of the time! They all know my name and order by heart…I often see Maria when I come in and she’s always so welcoming and sweet. Give these baristas a raise!
