This location is my "go to". They always get my magical incantation of a drink right. Staff is friendly an upbeat. Its like seeing friends when you go in. They're patient & professional even when dealing with "problem customers" who left manners at the door. Highly recommend this location.
Great team, always fast in spite of big lines sometimes.
The cashier with blonde hair was so rude. She did not greet me, and instead glared at me and said “what do you want”. My little cousin, mind you who is 8, was being nice and said he wanted a tall sized cup because it was kid sized, and the cashier literally rolled her eyes and said “yeah”. What made me more upset was her proceeding to ask for a tip. How are you going to be mean, make my cousin and I uncomfortable, and then ask for a tip? Rubbed me off the wrong way to say the least.
