I am a regular customer as I work nearby. Last week I ordered 2 drinks, a brownie, and a bagel. I did not get the brownie. The next time I went, I told them about the missing brownie. The girl at the window said she would ask her manager if I could get the missing item now. Right away, an outspoken lady named Breezy said I could not and gave me a really hard time, all for a brownie. I am not sure if she was the manager, but she was not professional for sure.
