very rude service, i wanted to redeem a birthday drink and was told i wasn’t able to, i was confused because on my starbucks app it showed i could redeem one. the man proceeded to get very defensive and upset at me for no reason and rudely told me again he wasn’t able to and angrily flipped the screen of the register to show me. there was no reason for him to be upset at me if i approached him calmly and politely.
This Starbucks is a hot mess. Nothing is ever right. Drink always tastes different. Why is my matcha chunky???? Take the time to stir or blend it, like this drink looks crazy. Also tastes weird.
Weird experience. I visited this starbucks about a week ago and the employee making my drink made some very odd remarks towards me to the point where I felt uncomfortable taking it. It’s hard to describe him, but I remember that he was kinda short.
I can't give a worse review. There was a worker there that berated me after I tried to talk to him. What he said was, and I quote, "Move along, man." When I tried to inquire further, he lashed out. I no longer want my drink, out of fear that he spat in it. I see some weird stuff floating in the drink. I will never be ordering from here again.
Save your time and money and go to another location.
