I came in and ordered 2 iced waters, Madeline, and a chamomile tea. The two workers behind the register were looking at me and laughing about how I ordered 2 iced waters. The girl behind the register was getting annoyed when I told her I wanted the 2 iced waters as well. The girl behind the register charged me for the iced waters as well even though iced waters are free. Terrible service; this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I will not be coming back.
I've visited this location before, and unfortunately, I've never really felt like a valued customer until now. This place has potential, but it's really Arly who makes it worthwhile. Her service was outstanding! The rest of the employees, however, seem to lack the same level of dedication and attentiveness. Hopefully, management will take note and work on improving the overall service quality to match Arly's exceptional standards.
