Disappointed. They were out of caramel syrup, yet still charged extra for it. Paying more for something you don’t get is unacceptable. Not the Starbucks experience I expect🥹
The workers are literally the nicest people ever.
This location never disappoints. Always friendly . Speaks to every guess that comes in . When they mess up they have no problem fixing it.
Place a order that says it will be ready between 321 and 327 and get told I need to wait until it says its ready in the app for drive thru pick up to only not get to the window until 333. 2 items required no making and unsure what would make the difference if I had placed that order at the drive thru speaker or online. Either way you have to make the order.
