My daughter and I tried the Snoopy frap. She said it was ok for the first few slurps and then said the flavor was gross. I took 3 slurps and was done. It reminds me of a powder egg nog mix from back in the 90's. That is a flavor I don't miss. Do better SB!
At the drive thru I explained my whole order. A simple banana bread latte. But I wanted a Trenta. They did not let me order. It took so long and they made me repeat myself multiple times. When we got up to the window we handed them a 10$ the drink was only 5.96 and they handed us nothing back. When I finally got my drink they gave it to me like this, literally half full. Ordered a decaf caramel macchiato. It's like the barista forgot the caramel. All I taste is milk over ice, with the weakest hint of espresso, and no caramel. I see some caramel on the lid but that's it. No drizzle, no flavor. Just milk over ice. 🤮
This store has so much tension when I walk in. All the workers always look pissed off, seem to HATE Theo job and always seem bothered when I ask for a sleeve or a stopper. I order extra hot, why would yall not put a sleeve on there and then make me feel bad for asking for one Inhate to call a specific person out yet the lady with long gray hair is so mean and looks like she son the verge of cussing someone out at any second.
