I don’t normally go to Starbucks, but today I went since I had gift cards and I think her name was Maria. She was very patient with me paying with gift cards and asked me about my day and I had a good conversation with her. Maria and her colleagues made me feel good when I wasn’t having a good day. Plus, my tea and baked treats were really delicious.

I probably should have read the other reviews before placing a mobile order here. My mobile order said it would be ready between 5-7 minutes. I entered the drive through with 2 minutes left for my mobile order to be ready assuming it would be done by the time I got to the window considering there was a long line. My assumption was wrong. They said it wasn’t ready and to pull to the parking lot until I got a notification on my phone.
