This is the second time I’ve been served by the same person; ( zachary )the service is poor, and they don't know how to handle customers.
One of the worst experiences in a Starbucks! I normally order a ham and cheese croissant that looks like a croissant. Today at this location, i ordered the same thing, however it looked more like a sausage biscuit. The bread was as hard as can be and when addressed with staff they just disregarded me! Didn’t even bother to offer a replacement or something in return! Do better Starbucks!!!!
