Just ordered 2 caramel fraps and they were the worst drinks ever. No flavor at all. Idk what happened but we threw them both out. Absolutely terrible.

If I could give no stars I would I went in bought two drinks I got the pink refresher and it was hot hmmmm !!! why are the starbucks workers at this location so rude ? they hire anybody nowadays and i get it they get stressed out over time but seriously customer service is so important and these people have none of it my sister has better communication skills when she’s playing pretend store with her toys seriously who ever is hiring these people needs to be fired anyways here’s some tips u guys need it !!☺️☺️
I went here today to get two drinks, a blended energy drink, and the seasonal lavender frappe which is supposed to be purple. It was brown by the time I got to the car the drinks were melted. They weren’t made right it was obvious that the two workers were new, but there was no manager around to assist them and help making drinks that they didn’t know how to make.
