Update: Within the last year, this store had really turned things around. The drinks are more consistent and the drive thru (for the most part) is less than 10-15 minutes. Whereas before you could be in line for 30-40 and get a bad drink. Seems to correlate with the limiting the amount of drink personalization. Anyway - Great job to owner, management and staff for their hard work!! Now I find myself waiting to get to this store instead of going somewhere for my daily fix!!
Newer store, nice & clean, friendly staff
I was taken a back by the customer service experience I had this morning. Approaching the counter I greeted with “Helloo” in which nothing was said to me by any of the employees. Quite literally I was just being stared at blankly by Cyrus and the others. I understand, maybe you’re having a bad day, but as a fellow customer service worker, fake it till you make it.
