Love this store! Always helpful in getting me what I need.
This location gave me the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had, literally just hot water with a hint of cocoa powder and now they’re having the audacity to protest for higher pay. Please learn how to make hot chocolate that’s not 99% water with 1/16th of a swissmix packet before demanding higher pay. You would think it’s more simple to make than coffee, especially for $9. I’d argue the protests should be to reduce their hourly wage until they can figure out how to make a simple drink. QT’s hot chocolate was miles better and $1
This is the second weekend in a row that I have nearly been back home after going through the drive-thru and had to return because my order was not made properly. At least this morning the staff apologized, last week I received a blank stare as the staff member walked away to remake the drink. Literally no verbal acknowledgment. Won’t be back
10/8 got an iced latte with extra stuff $4.25… the gave me majority ice, literally filled to the lid with ice. 10/9 I got the same thing with light ice. This what I got, and the barista with an ugly, nasty attitude says “ you want me to remark it or not, you only got a slash of almond milk, this isn’t a latte” whatever that means. If you want your drink to made made right gotta pay $7+ or they’ll screw you over
