I was taken a back by the customer service experience I had this morning. Approaching the counter I greeted with “Helloo” in which nothing was said to me by any of the employees. Quite literally I was just being stared at blankly by Cyrus and the others. I understand, maybe you’re having a bad day, but as a fellow customer service worker, fake it till you make it. The staff is always so attentive and welcoming. Love coming to this location!
