Order through the Uber app and starbucks sent the wrong drinks. I called the store, told him their mistake. They said it's not their problem. The store is who made the mistake. They did not want to take responsibility for their error and made me go through the uber app to get reimbursement. Now, I would have to reorder the drinks and repay a tip to get what I actually ordered or take off from work and go pick it up.Which defeats the point of delivery. I will never order from this place again
Breakfast sandwiches and coffee are served on real dishes with ceramic mugs. Very nice for Starbucks.
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Shannon at Starbucks, and I can't say enough about how fantastic the experience was. From the moment I walked in, Shannon greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that instantly brightened my day. Not only was my drink made perfectly but Shannon took the time to make some suggestions to elevate my drink. Thank you, Shannon, for making my visit such a delight!
