Best thing ever
The rating should say it all….i was late for work they only got one thing done and that was my food. They couldn’t even get my drink they started to get the other people even though they literally just got there, I was waiting 30-40 minutes horrible horrible. I just left didn’t get my drink cause I was already running late…no one should ever have to wait that long it was insane on how long I waited for.
Always mess up my drink and if I ask something they sounds they are annoyed to customer. I asked pistachio cold foam but they put chocolate cold foam. When I asked them, they said they put pistachio cold foam but I could def taste chocolate cold foam and even color was chocolate.
Does not pick up phone calls claiming to be “busy”
Honestly I wish I could rate this lower. Want to skip the line and order ahead? Don't bother this location will deprioritize your order. On 11/08/25 I ordered at 11:39am with an estimated order fullfillment time of 11:50am. I arrived at the location at 11:50am, my drink was not ready which was fine the location was busy so I waited. At 12:05pm another customer who had ordered at the counter less than 10 minutes prior had her drink in hand.
