Once I had a bad experience at Starbucks, a guy disrespected me, with his tone, as I was talking to my mom in Chicago, he said very loudly turn down that phone, as the store manager backed him up, all along the guy had his computer on loud
Mike is great, very very helpful. Wonderful and great service at this location. All theie baristas always seem happy to serve, not matter the time of day or how busy it is. Great location, I love it. Love this team! Had to change my review. The service has slowed down tremendously. I waited 10 mins at the drive thru window for my online order. it was in front of the window the entire time... Miguel is cool though. He belongs on the radio!
Disgusting, disturbing, and disrespectful. They let people bring animals in here and don't say anything. (Not a service dog just a pet). This is the kind of place where you will go in to do important work, some lady will barge in right next to you with a huge dog, and the staff will walk around talk to the lady about other things and say nothing about the obvious problem.
