I work in the area and today was the first time I was disappointed with my order and service. First off you close at 6pm but you don't have anything at 3pm. Huh? Do we not stock or prepare for late customers. I guess not....I will make my way down the street from now on.
The best Starbucks I’ve been to, the staff is always welcoming and find ways to make their customers happy with orders!!! It’s sad that they are closing this week :(
I think this is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever walked into. The cashier has her phone out texting while you walk up to the counter. Bathroom is gross with no toilet paper, no soap. I wanted to consume something but walked out instead.
Nasty gross bathroom- comparable to ghetto Houston Toilet seat literally fell off, owner clearly does not care for their store
I want to give this place a better score but they make it difficult. This location is right next to my office which is convenient but they are always out of stock of everything. The staff is awesome, friendly and make a heck of a white mocha but I swear every other day they are out of stock of everything and they are empty for days. I talked to their employees and they said they rarely get trucks and they feel like they get forgotten about. I would give this a 1 star but the staff is too good.
