Usually a positive experience but not so much today at 12:40. I had a lead tell her employee to charge me $1.00 more for asking for light ice in a cold americano. Obviously americano’s have different amounts of espresso and the rest is water. So for a venti that is hot for $4.95, a venti that is cold should also be $4.95 because “added product” is only more water.
