Very rude staff & worst customer service ever. She spoke to us as if it was such an inconvenience to her that we wanted to place 2 drinks order. Mind you, they were not even busy at all. After she finish making our drinks instead of placing it nicely on the counter, she just aggressively slid it towards us.
Cassy was rude and told me I had to have mocha in my hot chocolate which you don't have to order it with. Other drink was ordered with oat milk and paid extra for which was not added to the drink.
The best hot white chocolate mocha with cream!!
Got something for my wife, not enough choices for me being diabetic so I was unable get or enjoy anything...
