I usually frequent this location because it has a drive thru with wonderful baristas. The orders are always made properly. However, after this experience, I will no longer be coming here. I ordered a venti pistachio frappuccino and hot chocolate via my mobile app. When I got to the drive thru speaker, the barista was very rude and was not friendly. Nice quiet Starbucks on a Saturday enjoy it very much had a meeting it was fabulous Staff was friendly service was phenomenal.
The baristas dont look at you, acknowledge you, or even care that you are standing there waiting for your drink. 4-6 baristas working and no one, NOT ONE, asked me what drink was I waiting on or how can they help me. No eye contact at all. I ended up leaving after having placed a mobile order that I was waiting too long to get. What a waste. Dont come to this location if you are in a rush and think that mobile ordering is going to help you.
