Just went here to get a cup of coffee at 630 on a Friday evening, mobile order. Was ignored by the staff as the coffee sat under the brewing machine for 5 minutes while another worker passive aggressively swept the floors. No staff greetings. no acknowledgement of customers. Unbelievably shitty service. Left without getting my coffee because of the attitude of these workers.
Customer Service was top notch
I stop here often after work usually on Wednesdays after 6:00, not sure who works drive thru but the girl is usually always rude & acts like she doesn’t want to be there. Not only that, but does this look appetizing to anyone? I’ve ordered many pink drinks in my life & usually get them extra shaken so it isn’t separated like this, it’s only at this location that it’s always lazily made, not shaken & always looks curdled. I know this 1 review won't make any difference, it's a popular place. But, I think maybe they've gotten a little snooty, or maybe it's just the particular manager. Stopped by there with my golden retriever after his vet visit to get him a pup cup (a small cup of unsweetened whipped cream). Was told that I had to buy something to get it, never had that issue before. So I bought a drink, asked the barista at the window and he said the manager said that. Ok.
