Every time I come to this specific location, my drink is never made properly. They use too much espresso. How is a vanilla blonde latte dark brown? Very nasty, very disappointing.
I'm so sorry I cant give a better review. Flies were everywhere!!! All inside their display cases and flying and landing on the counters!!! Flies are very disgusting if you read about them.It will make you sick.I'll try another starbucks.The one on Roosevelt is where we went.They are also over priced.
I’m over you guys not paying attention. How simple is it to do less work!! I said no sugar and you guys constantly pump sugar in my food and you have to toss it and waste it when I turn around and tell you to fix it! and on top of that you have to do it again so it’s even more work and irritating to both you and I!! I ordered a lavender matcha and spent a significant amount of time in the drive-thru during my lunch break, only to receive a plain matcha instead. I was understandably disappointed. However, when I returned the next day, Ellisa was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She listened to my concern, resolved the issue promptly, and provided excellent customer service with a genuinely pleasant attitude. Her positive approach completely turned the experience around, and I truly appreciated her assistance.
Kindest people work here. I go most morning on my way to work and they are always fast yet take the time to be friendly 💙
