I ordered a lavender matcha and spent a significant amount of time in the drive-thru during my lunch break, only to receive a plain matcha instead. I was understandably disappointed. However, when I returned the next day, Ellisa was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She listened to my concern, resolved the issue promptly, and provided excellent customer service with a genuinely pleasant attitude. Her positive approach completely turned the experience around, and I truly appreciated her assistance.
Kindest people work here. I go most morning on my way to work and they are always fast yet take the time to be friendly 💙
This Starbucks is great and Quinn at the counter was so sweet but the delivery guy was horrible. He was slamming boxes around and put them in the way.
Good little Starbucks. I'm coming here for around 4 years now and never had any issues. Staff are always friendly and the order is always correct.
