I stood behind counter to order today over 15 minutes. The people working looked at me & were doing various tasks,but, NO ONE offered to take my order!
It was very frustrating. Ordered a drink on the mobile app. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t the right order. I felt bad, but I went back anyway because I had paid extra for no ice. They were very rude and dismissive, and threw out my drink and proceeded to take like thirty minutes to finish my drink and I picked it up, and it was just bad. I also ordered lavender and there was basically nothing
I love this location I order here all the time the staff are polite and friendly. And they have never messed up a single order
