The previous Starbucks rewards program was simple and easy to use. The new one is a disaster. You almost have to be a lawyer to figure it out. And using it is complicated, and apparently results in less value than the prior program. The good news is that the staff members are wonderful. They are welcoming and efficient. Also, the ambience is nice.

One if the best Starbucks in this area. Very clean, the most polite staffs, bathroom is clean also. I like Green Tea Frappuccino, that was great as usual.
