I came in around 12:00 p.m., and the man working at the takeout section was very rude and unprofessional. Everyone else greeted me when I walk in except him. But he was working the takeout section. So I approached him, I greeted him, and he did not return my greeting. They messed up two things on my order. I had to correct twice while ordering and again at the window. Also they show their employees face when ordering so i got to see their annoyance with me trying to correct my order. The guy taking the payment was kind and professional, but like don’t show the employees faces if it’s gonna be attitude for two pup cups. Then you mess up my coffee. :/
Zero stars for customer service. The guy who made my drink acted as though me asking for a double cup was an inconvenience. Then, when the drink was done, he clearly knew I was waiting and didn't really make any real attempt to notify me that my order was ready other than possibly mumbling my name under his breath. Lastly, my drink was made incorrectly. Just not a good experience or what I expect when going to Starbucks.
