I usually love the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso at Starbucks, but sometimes it doesn’t quite live up to my expectations. Today, thanks to this exceptional barista, it was absolutely perfect! I truly appreciate the care and skill that made my drink so enjoyable—thank you for brightening my day!
This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations because the staff were usually friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, during my visit yesterday around lunchtime, both the barista and cashier working at the time were noticeably unfriendly and made the experience uncomfortable. It felt very different from my past visits and was honestly disappointing. I hope the customer service improves moving forward.
