Where's the drizzled Carmel and cream on top of my blended carmel macchiato. I told the girl and she defended her drink and I was wrong. Instead of offering me if I would like drizzled carmel and some white froth... I got this is you drink. Maybe somebody please correct this so it's a different experience. However, if you look up #StarbucksBlendCarmelMacchiato you get the image of the drink I want and am use to getting.
Brewed Coffee isn’t always held up to the “fresh until” time standard that Starbucks strives to uphold (if I’m remembering correctly it’s two hours and they should have a timer set to go off) Second time I’ve ordered that it hasn’t been hot when served. Gentleman who served us was very kind though.
Terrible customer service and poor knowledge of how rewards systems works.
