They decorate wonderfully for the holidays and they usually make good coffee! One comment I have is that the staff can sometimes be grumpy. People are allowed to be grumpy as they are human beings and not corporate machines, but I’ve definitely had some uncalled for bark and bite that just kind of felt like wet socks. :/ That being said, the staff is usually friendly and the location is super cozy with outlets and warm lighting.

Coffee was rancid and employee complained about my drink right in front of me. I ordered a grande Chocolate cream cold brew which takes at most a minute to make.

I’ve been going here for years in college and never had any complaints. It’s very expensive for the coffee. But the baristas can’t change that so I understand. Unfortunately for the past couple of days, I asked for oat milk only for my shaken espressos which is normal. I’ve watched the same one girl multiple times put regular milk in my coffee. Both times the coffee hasn’t tasted good either. I’m not sure if she just runs out of oat milk and doesn’t want to get another… I’m not sure what she’s doing but she might need more t... read more
