Coffee was rancid and employee complained about my drink right in front of me. I ordered a grande Chocolate cream cold brew which takes at most a minute to make.
I’ve been going here for years in college and never had any complaints. It’s very expensive for the coffee. But the baristas can’t change that so I understand. Unfortunately for the past couple of days, I asked for oat milk only for my shaken espressos which is normal. I’ve watched the same one girl multiple times put regular milk in my coffee.
